Man murdered in Jammu's Arnia Kathar village | KNO

Jammu, June 09 (KNO) : In a sensational incident, a man running a shop was allegedly murdered by an unidentified man on Saturday evening spreading anger and fear among locals who are demanding immediate arrest of the accused. As per reports with KNO, Moti Lal (30) @Toni son of Bodh Raj Sharma resident of Kathar village of Arnia in Jammu district was present in his wielding shop when some person allegedly attacked him with sharp edged weapons. Sources told you that the incident took place on Saturday evening at about 06 PM and injured person was shifted to local hospital and than referred to GMC Jammu where he succumbed to injuries. He had received deep cut wounds in limbs and other injuries on body. Family members of the victim told KNO that some goons from the area attacked him on shop resulting his death. Meanwhile, in its official statement to KNO, Jammu police said that a case FIR No 35/2019 under sections 452/302 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Arnia and investigation has been started. Police sources told KNO that three to four person have so far been taken into custody by police for questioning. (KNO)
